Guest guest
Rusty water is not a good source of Potassium. If you are getting it from your water you are probably drinking fertilizer or saltwater. Potassium (Inorganic) is a main ingredient in fertilizers and it does contaminate many streams and lakes. On a RAW food diet we get plenty of (Organic)potassium from fruits and vegetables. On a cooked food diet potassium can be depleted as heating can reduce the levels of potassium in some foods. There is no need to supply the body with anything other than pure water on a fast. Bruce " L.Win " <rustym wrote:electrolyte minerals are easily absorbed. Potassium is the most important, if you're fasting. rusty - " Bryan Erickson " <hexfix93 <rawfood > Friday, October 31, 2003 4:38 AM [Raw Food] Re: Water (Roger) > rawfood , " Roger Haeske " <roger@s...> wrote: > > Hi Bruce, > > > > According to Paavo Airola there was evidence or studies that some > > minerals do get absorbed by the body from water.
