I have bought and passed on three copies of Eat to Live. I have read it

from cover to cover.

 

I have a feeling that whatever Dr. Fuhrman does not make much difference

to me. I will buy it again when I next go to England.

 

Please jog me on his counsel. Once prompted it will all no doubt come

back to me. I have read so much about heart disease that I lose track

of the different approaches which sometimes cross over. Not much works

in my case except that I am now getting better at last.
