Hi Kristi,

But have you ever made a whole meal of garlic only? Have you eaten even

100 calories of garlic at one sitting?

If you did you might kill yourself or at least have tremendous pains in

your stomach and digestive tract. Garlic is an antibiotic which means

anti-life.

All you have to do is to spend a week of eating only fruit. Then if you

go back to eating garlic or other spices they will seem very strong. The

body does not naturally want to consume garlic. Do you know any babies

or young children who love garlic or other spicy foods?

As a young child I hated that stuff. My digestive tract wasn't polluted

enough yet and my body hadn't gotten used to that kind of stuff. As an

adult I loved spicy foods. But the more I eat simply the better I feel.

Also spicy foods tend to disturb my sleep and dreams. I have a friend

who experiences the same thing.

Just thought I'd share. This info may be useful to some of you.
