Hi,

I am on day 2 of a juice fast and it has been fine, but I am feeling

dehydrated! It is a bit warm here but with all the juice and water I

thought I wouldn't have felt feverish and dry in my mouth or is that

a detox symptom. This is my first fruit fast (I have dry fasted

before) so any advice would be good.

At last count I had 12 Cups of liquid today, some fruit/ some water,

is that enough? I think I will pop if I have much more.

Thanks

Wendy

On a fast it is impossible to drink too much water.

Drink water to remove hunger. A fast is a relaxation and a joy

Detoxification is certain but nothing to fear. If you get dizziness

then start the juice or even consider breaking the fast. There are

some situations in which fasting is not counselled but they are rare and

99% benefit from a fast.
