Guest guest
Jenny, I was curious about your diet after reading your post. Do you eat many oily foods? What kind of climate do you live in? At the moment I live in dry Southern Nevada. I know that when I live on the coast though, my skin is much better. I am 100% raw and am trying to reduce my daily fat intake to 10%, (following Dr Doug Graham's recommendation of 80% carb, 10% protein and 10% fat). Most days I am over that, but I have not totally eliminated olive oil which is the only processed fat I have. My skin is quite dry and I thought I needed more fat, not less to help. I will try your suggestion and cut out the olive oil. How long do it think it takes to make an obvious difference? What about massaging with oil? Is this good or not? The body absorbs most of the oil..what effect does that have? Besides just feeling great of course! ~ Annette
