I make my own dressing that is lovely and very tasty: raw tahini, olive oil, chapped garlic and miso (optional). I add some water to this and voila! It is fantastic and does help play down the bitterness of kale and other strong greens. I also add avacado to my salad and that is like finding diamond in my salad (except they aren't hard :-) jann ps I hope we can get back on the subject of raw foods. May I suggest that if someone has a comment that you find offensive or is off subject that you write them directly and not assume everyone else wants to hear your opposing views (I am not speaking with regards to rawfood subjects, because that is why we are here, to learn - right?
