Once the body becomes clean, there is no reason for it to use the skin to detox thru. A clean blood stream is the best. Avoid fatty foods and foods that are clogging and irritating. Use natural fruits for facials to clean the pores instead of products on the market. Fruit acids are very cleansing. Drink plenty of water, get a good nites rest, sunshine, fresh air, and exercise. You will start looking radiant. Vegigran
Guest guest
What kind of fruit acid facial wash should I use? There is one called AHA Facial Wash. It is fragrance, alcohol, soap free, and ph balanced. It also has alpha hydroxy acid. Is that good for the face? If not then what kind of facial wash should I use and where can I buy it? Also How long does it take for the body to detox? My skin is clearing up a little, but still get a pimple every now and then, also my face(I'm assuming from all the previous break outs) is always looking red or flushed. I am very light skinned. What do you think could be the problem why my face is always flushed? I think it's from when my face used to break out all the time, but I'm not sure. What kind of foods are clogging and irritating? It isn't any raw fruits and veggies is it? I also think some of my skin probs could be from my sluggish bowel movements. But My bowels have been this way for years. I want to get my bowel to making a movement after every meal, but don't know how. an wrote:<<<<For those that used to have problems with their complexion, and now have it under control b/c of their new lifestyle, what are some foods of choice would you recommend for helping clear up the skin also any topical products they might use that are helpful?
