I am loving this new diet. I have a lot of energy. I believe it is working on my

complexion, though I know it will take some time to totally heal. Also it is

helping my weight. I used to be 150lbs and am now 140 lbs. I have a question,

and since I know that this is a RAW FOODS forum, it's on the food issue, but

about skin. For those that used to have problems with their complexion, and now

have it under control b/c of their new lifestyle, what are some foods of choice

would you recommend for helping clear up the skin also any topical products they

might use that are helpful? Also where could I find these products? Thanks all.
