I got the cookbook, Warming Up To Living Foods. It was written in 1998.

Braggs is listed in it. It was mentioned throughout the book. In one place

they describe it. They say it is unfermented and also say it has no

preservatives.

 

I'm wondering why it is used by people who are really well-known for being

" raw. "
