garbanzo sprouts

The main problem is that if i stop sprouting when the tail appears,

they're too hard to eat or blend. Is this an issue for anyone else,

or is that how they should be?

Try waiting till the tail is 1/4 " . How long are you soaking They need to soak

between 10-12hrs? I soak mine for the complete 12 and they come out just right.

I like to eat these as a snack. I also like the sweet peas.

Leave them another day. The tail should be about as long as the bean is wide

before you eat them.
