Guest guest
It is true that AIDS first spread among homosexual men and drug addicts in this country, however, as someone else has pointed out, it is now spreading faster in women among heterosexuals. And, in other countries, it was never a " gay disease " . I have read a good deal on this subject, because I work in healthcare and I know a lot of homosexuals. I do believe the drugs are toxic, as I believe all drugs are toxic, but I still can't completely dismiss the fact that gay men were dropping like flies from this in the 80s and when the drugs came around, the deaths slowed down dramatically. It is hard to believe this was completely due to a sudden epiphany among gay men where they all stopped partying and improved their diets. There also appears to be ample evidence that otherwise healthy people are contracting it through sex. Yes, maybe they are SAD eaters, but they are certainly not all drug addicts or otherwise seriously compromised. I guess the bottom line for me, I will eat all the raw food I can, and still practice safe sex, because, while other theories are quite interesting, I just can't completely dismiss the " germ theory " on this one.
