Bruce,

Do you have an idea of the edible wild plants such as might be found in

the temperate parts of Europe? Even some general guidelines could be

useful. I am sure that I should be able to eat easily in walking

through a forest by worry a lot about poisoning myself.

I too have been in this quest since the eighties. I would like to see

some of the con articles on the blood type diet. I definitely do not

believe everything I read or I would not be in this group. I follow a

raw diet as well as medicinal herbs and fasting. I am also going to be

starting a nature company taking people on walks and pointing out the

many edible wild plants and herbs that are available. I am in to

endurance racing and since I have not been sick in close to ten years to

hear of someone getting sick after a few bad choices makes me look at

things more closely. I do not follow anything definitively, I always

keep my eyes (Ears) and feelings open. If you have a link I would

greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for your help,

Bruce

No Peter,

Sorry I'm not familiar with the plants of Europe. Here is a link to get you

started. It will turn a walk in the woods into a treasure hunt….

I do also recommend you find a guide who is familiar with your local plants as

a mistake could make you sick. (Before You Eat) Bring home sample leaves,

pictures and measurements this in itself is very exciting. Study Study

Best of luck,
