Thanks Peter for the advice. I e-mailed Graham for a consult.

I've been experiencing Hypoglycemic attacks, Fatigue, poor

exercise tolerance, brainfog, dizziness, irregular heartbeats, etc...

and would like to switch to raw and need some advice.

What books should I read for recipes? Is there an easy way to

slowly change over without causing severe stomach

disturbance. I already have problems with certain carbs because

of my small bowel bacterial overgrowth (which was hopefully

eliminated by a trial of Neomycin)-bloating after eating dried fruit

and pasta etc...

I currently eat all organic fruits and vegies and occasional turkey

and chicken and eggs. My blood tests have shown I'm border

line anemic, so I have to be careful. The docs think I have an

autoimmune disease and may want to start me on meds which I

dont want to take unless it's proven that's what I have.

I need to find a good naturopath in LA. Have already tried Dr.

Khalsa. Anyone know another one???

Should I read Dr Douglas's book? What is the best way to switch

to raw. I already juice almost every day.

Advice is welcome!!!

thanks,

Chris

You can consult with Roger too.

I have seen his site. It looks quite impressive.

He knows his stuff; and it looks like he has

a good program to offer.

He's on this list, I believe.

Thanks for the recommendation Tev.

Most people who think they have hypoglycemia actually have something

else. I thought I had it. But a raw food diet cured me of that problem.

But after what I know now I don't think it was hypoglycemia.

Dr. Fuhrman talks about this extensively in his book Eat to Live. Lots

of raw fruit is actually the solution and not the problem to most of

what was mentioned in that post.

Roger

Are you plagued by these problems with your raw food diet?

1. You fear that you aren't getting enough nutrients like protein,

calcium, and B12.

2. You have been eating raw but aren't getting the results you expected.

3. You fear eating fruit because of its sugar content and hybridization.

I'll resolve these problems, myths and misconceptions for you with a

free & no obligation 20-minute telephone or email consultation. Email me
