<<<<I rushed off and bought myself a dose and read the creators book>>>>

Hi Peter, I tried some of the probotics earlier on in my journey, but I'm

leaning more to just staying raw and doing away with any products or

supplements.

<<<Do any others feel anything that feels beyond a placebo effect from the

Probiotics in the forum.>>>

I didn't notice any difference when I was taking them.

<<I am mulling it all over as I have just started reading " Plague Time -The new

germ theory of disease " by Paul W Ewald>>>>

Please let us know what you think when you have finished it.

<<<<I must read on but would be fascinated to hear from others on these subjects

in so much as they bear upon the raw diet.>>>

There is just so much to learn when eating a raw diet. It is so completely

oposite of how we were raised and what our culture has come to believe.

Thanks Vegegran,

So far I can say that every doctor and researcher into medicine and

everybody who is interested in their health should read Ewald(see

below). Certainly one of the 10 great reads of my life.

Will say more when I have finished.
