Guest guest
I have read several old posts about grains and from someone who is preparing to open a restuarant and studying wrong good, I see absolutely nothing wrong with certain grains. As I am testing out which grains do better than others... I love oat groats for certain recipes. I also believe that certain people shouldnt eat grains more than once or twice a week if their digestive systems get irrateted easily. Annnnd Finally, grains should only be considered if you have more fresh fruits and veggies as majority of your diet... and shouldnt be consumed more than 4 times a week. lol those are my personal guidelines which i think many would benefit from but everyone has different molecular structures... all coming in my book depending on when i decide to finish it ;-) As for " anestors " and grain preperation... i doubt any of you lived in ancient culture or kept records of their diets... but the records that do exist from Egyptian culture do speak of kamut, which is a grain and it was used consistently. Please read up and test your own body's ability to handle certain products before passing judgement. That only makes sense doesn't it. side note: Food combining plays a major part... peace to you all.
