In addition to what you are eating now, add some of your favorite high calorie foods, i.e. dates, sprouted grains, avacado, flax seed oil. I only know this from trying to lose weight. Perhaps there are others more knowledgeable than I who are long time raw foodists. Personally, I am enjoying losing the weight that wouldn't come off before giving up cooked food.
