Venkata,

 

To gain weight you will need to increase your calorie intake. In addition to

what you are eating now, add some of your favorite high calorie foods, i.e.

dates, sprouted grains, avacado, flax seed oil.

 

I only know this from trying to lose weight. Perhaps there are others more

knowledgeable than I who are long time raw foodists.

 

Personally, I am enjoying losing the weight that wouldn't come off before

giving up cooked food.
