Guest guest
Yesterday was a totally raw day. I did have some of the dehydrated bread and falafel I made with my salad. It was okay, but I made too much. I will remember next time to not double the recipe and add less oil and spices. I am going to mix one half avacado with one corn on the cob cut off the cob. I will have that in addition to my salad tonight. Today will be a totally raw day today too. My husband will be out of town for 2 weeks (home on Wednesday for 1 night). It will be much easier to be raw while he is gone. thanks for being here. jann __________ Free 20MB Web Site Hosting and Personalized E-mail Service! Guest guest
I did totally raw today too. I'm managing one or two days a week totally raw now, which is much more than I was doing. I try not to make plans to do totally raw, but on a morning when I get up and am not as hungry as other days, I decide that will be a raw day. I just think it helps give me positive thoughts about my raw days if they are the days when I'm not naturally as hungry as some others. All other days are about 50 to 75 raw, except Sunday when I still haven't been able to do anything about the vegan sunday roast, just too much to give up just yet. Love Shell.
