Guest guest
I have a friend who was interested in kefir a while back, and had trouble getting grains. It seems that people who have grains are reluctant to give them up or give information on where to find them. Does anybody know why that is? Hi Bridgitte, Well, actually I just found a Kefir making group here on and people are very kind about sharing their grains, I think the part that makes it hard to share the grains is the process of actually keeping and growing the kefir itself. It seems to be a bit more complicated than I expected, but perhaps worth the effort-we will see that in the long run. Kris
