I am glad to see that the nastiness of the past week is over. I did believe

that this was a raw vegetarian group when I joined a few weeks back. Though

I am not 100% raw I am a vegan. It can be a difficult path, but with

education and listening to my body I think I can become a healthier person

every day.

 

As a runner, I know the values of eating well and eating carbs. Perhaps the

body can run on fat and protein, but I would be greatly surprised if this

could be healthy in the slightest.
