Help--- Need more Veggies Incorporated into Raw Diet

Hello,

I am fairly new to the group.. I have been eating raw for 2 months

and love it.. I am hooked! I mainly eat a lot of fruit.. alot of

one fruit per meal, then at night I eat a big salad.

 

I really want to eat more vegetables than fruit. Does anyone know of

a raw food book that incorporates more vegetables into the diet? If

anyone eats mostly vegetables on a raw diet, can you give me an

example of what you eat during a day? Also, do you incorporate

nuts and seeds into eating? And what about juicing? Is this part

of a raw veggie way of eating?

 

I have noticed that when I eat more raw vegetables I am more

hungry.... is there a way to combat this, like with nuts/seeds,

etc.?

 

I appreciate any information or input!
