Guest guest Posted September 19, 2003 Report Share Posted September 19, 2003 What's a good raw substitute for feta, or gorganzola, or goat cheese (same as feta?) in a salad that has romaine, walnuts, citrus slices, and rasberry dressing. You've probably seen that kind of salad before? I really like it. It's just not the same without the cheese, and I _don't_ want to be eating cheese. What will offer similar " mouthfeel " and maybe even similar flavor? Hoping for some good ideas....
