When someone (you) acts like they know the absolute truth even though they are just speaking pure unproven opinion based on theories (not facts), then maybe that description of you is simply exactly how they see you. You have been very condescending to me and whoever else was talking about Weston Price's studies. When you try to put people down don't expect those people not to lash back at you. Although I would not use those negative adjectives (sanctimonious blow-hard) to describe you, I personally agree that is exactly how you were coming off.
