New studies show the same results as calrorie restricition causing an

increase in longevity are achieved by eating every other day. The

animals were not fed a calorie restricted diet. They were not skinny

and weak like the calorie restricted animals. They ate the same

calories as the non-calorie restricted control group except they

would eat twice as much one day and none the next day. They had

extended lifespans and less internal damage due to aging.

Hello Nina,

 

Calorie restriction is something I'm beginning to study and

practice. Dr. Gabriel Cousens and Fred Bisci both practice calorie

restriction and they look great for their age! They have discovered

how to turn on the anti-aging genes. Superfoods help with this diet,

especially Tachyon superfoods. Check out Gabriel Cousen's

book " Tachyon Energy: A New Paradigm in Holistic Healing " , they

mention that tachyon may help a person live a healthy life to age

140+. Lately I've been eating nutrient dense Energy Soup (Ann

Wigmore's recipe) and adding different combinations of the following:

Vita-mineral Green or " Nature's First Food " , Bee pollen, tachyon blue-

green algae and other Tachyon foods, E3 Live or Cell Tech blue-green

algae, Grainfields " Grains and Greens " , Hemp seeds, kale, and other

nutrient dense superfoods.

Dr. Fred also referred to this as " systematic undereating " .. do a google

search for that and see how much pops up!
