Sprouting Hi just joined and wanted to find out....

Hi Mellisa,

 

Nuts, seeds, legumes, and grains ideally should be soaked before

eating. Seeds, such as flax seeds, should be ground up. I soak flax

seeds overnight then throw them in the blender with some apples, E3

Live blue-green algae, Grainfields, bee pollen, and maybe some other

fruit for a breakfast smoothie. Do an internet seach for sprouting

for more info, and use your library to read the book " Sprouts The

Miracle Food " by Steve Meyerowitz. Read all books written by Steve

Meyerowitz!! If you don't blend the flax seeds, use a coffee grinder.
