Hi Mike,

Thanks very much for posting the articles below, I was very grateful for

all the reading material. However, although I am hoping to find that grains

are healthy to eat, I was not convinced by anything I read here. I

automaticly dismiss anything written by a group who are trying to flog

things. I was thrilled with the piece by Weston A Price, but, when I read

other articles on the site, which slammed vegetarianism as an unhealthy diet

and promoted eating large quantities of meat and even held up the meat

industry as good for the environment, I lost faith in the other information

on the site. However, thanks very much for an interesting read.
