i couldn't find a spinach, so I bought a cabbage and juiced about 8 large

leaves in my juice yesterday. It tasted like someone had shaken loads of

pepper in the drink and it was so spicy I struggled to drink it. I didn't

care for the taste and it made me feel a bit quieezy. So, did it make me

feel slightly sick because it was doing me good? Also, do other leaves like

spinach have this strong spicy peppery taste too?

Love Shell.

If you must juice cabbage, then a way of removing that very bitter taste

is to throw in an apple. A carrot could help too.

Thanks for the tip Peter, I'll give that a try. Also, thanks for the info

on nuts, I had no idea they were dried, thought that was what they naturally

looked like.

Love Shell.
