Hello kauguy,

This article discussed improperly prepared grains, it does not

discuss properly prepared grains. I do not like Frederic Patenaude's

articles and books, and I wouldn't recommend his work to anyone. I

recommend Gabriel Cousens, David Wolfe, Brian Clement, and Viktoras

Kulvinskas when it comes to living food nutrition.

May I ask...what is PURITEA? How is it made?

Does anyone have any thoughts on tea? You're cooking the herbs to

We make this killer detox tea called PURITEA and I am wondering if the

Raw Food community has abandoned hot beverages.

Best,

It's an herbal blend that contains peppermint, red clover, fennel,

cleaver's herb, dandelion root, burdock root, nettle leaf and chickweed

herb. We make it in bulk (long cut) and in tea bags. These blends were

designed by Brigitte Mars a noted herbalist and Raw Food advocate from

Boulder, CO.
