Guest guest
Does anyone have any thoughts on tea? You're cooking the herbs to extract vital benefits and I liken it to juicing, but of course the herbs are cooked. We make this killer detox tea called PURITEA and I am wondering if the Raw Food community has abandoned hot beverages.
