Yes! I decided to go all raw on July 10th, while breastfeeding a 4 month old baby. Since then I've lost 30 pounds, but of course I also do an aerobic walking video for a half an hour every day too. I drink about 3 quarts of water per day and 1 1/2 cups of juice (celery, carrot, spinach, apple) for breakfast and lunch which I make with a Champion Juicer. I have an abundance of good rich breastmilk! I like SIMPLE. For supper I have a huge salad with ground flax seed mixed in avocado for my dressing. For snacks or whenever I am hungry I have fruit and sometimes some raw nuts. That's it! Sooooo satisfying and HEALTHY. What is amazing to me is that I've discovered satiety. I thought I'd be starving if I ate this way! What a discovery--now I don't have any food cravings and no longer struggle with overeating. I was 60 pounds overweight and the fat is just melting off of me! Half of it is gone. By the way, Baby Peter is very active, more alert and communicative than any baby I've ever seen, sleeps great, CHUBBY and the picture of health!
