Guest guest
Dear Rhonda, You came to the right place! And good for you for opting for juicing and raw LIVING WHOLE food full of ENZYMES and NUTRIENTS instead of surgery. I'd recommed reading about Natural Hygiene. There are principals to health BESIDES what you eat such as sunshine and light, aerobic exercise, good water, and pure air. I'm going to send you a great link to a site that has several great articles AND entire books on Natural Hygiene. http://www.soilandhealth.org/02/0201hyglibcat/0201hyglibcat.html The first one I'd recommend is called " Toxemia Explained. " Then read " Natural Hygiene: Man's Pristine Way of Life " by Herbert Shelton (considered the greatest health educator of this century by those who know of him.) Keep in mind that these writings are old perhaps from 1920's. Give the info some time to sink in. Reflect on what you read. You might have to UNLEARN some things you have believed in all your life. It is SO exciting to me to finally be able to lose weight and acquire health. At age 45 I'm finally figuring out how to live. I will be glad to share this journey with you! What has been encouraging to me is that I read when you eat this way you lose about 20 pounds in a month, 10 pounds in the second month and then at least a pound a week after that until you are your ideal weight. This is holding true for me. I've read that a fat person is a starving person. When you nourish and satisfy your system with raw living foods AND exercise etc. you lose the desire to overeat. Wonderful! I'd love to hear anyone else's weight loss experiences. Jenny Silliman Sequim, WA ______________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
