Guest guest Posted August 31, 2003 Report Share Posted August 31, 2003 I wonder if someone could help me out with some advice. I saw this group in the " vegetarian " category. I have never been a strict vegetarian because I am just one of those people who need a lot of protein. I have already been thinking about going on a raw vegetable diet because I'm trying to lose about 10 or 15 pounds and I have noticed that having a tossed salad for lunch helps me eat less in the evening. I'm thinking if I have a small salad for lunch and a big salad for supper, that will do the trick. But I need a protein supplement. What would you put in a salad if you wanted to add a lot of protein but not too many calories? Great group!
