Guest guest Posted August 30, 2003 Report Share Posted August 30, 2003 For breakfast 1 granny smith apple 1 orange 1 peach 1/2 mango (sometimes 1 " thick slice of pineapple) juice then pour in blender add 1 banana blend (sometimes I add some spirulina) New found veggie juice made last night and really loved 1 tomato handfull spinach 1 celery 1 " sliver or ginger handfull of parsly Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
