I've been wondering about having a coated tongue. My daughter definately does. I do somewhat. What exactly does it mean? V. buetenko says old food, shaklee says yeast over growth. Is it harmful? Depends upon the author. ....shaklee says yeast over growth. I would take anything they say with a grain of salt. Their goal is to sell supplements. They know very little about health or nutrition.
