Guest guest
Book " Traditional Foods Are Your Best Medicine " raw food diet conclusions valid? Am reading Ronald Schmid's (an N.D. - naturopathic doctor) book titled " Traditional Foods Are Your Best Medicine " - Improving Health and Longevity with Native Nutrition and am looking for advice as to whether Schmid's theory/raw food diet actually works. If you have tried it and have comments, please post/share your experiences. Thanks. Previously, I was getting good results from David Wolfe's " Sunfood Diet " but have heard that at " RawStock " ('Woodstock' for raw foodists) Wolfe's Sunfood Diet was allegedly heavily debunked. I am concerned, though, that many of the RawStock gurus seemed to look unwell themselves and had bad teeth, according to an attendee. Thanks in advance for all replies.
