Guest guest
Hi, When people say they eat " 100% raw " , does that mean that they do not eat any store-bought dried foods, oils, tahini, spices, herbs, carob powder (etc) that may have been cooked at some point along their processing? ~ Annette
Guest guest
Most people consider foods subjected to temperatures of 110 degrees or less as still being raw because the enzymes have not been killed. If the preparation process requires a higher heat it is no longer raw and a 100% raw foodist would not eat it.
