Guest guest
Dear JUVO rep. I do like the idea of the freeze dried method to retain the nutrients. Unfortunately, that is the only plus I see in your product. I did not see the term certified organic. That means that your company purchases products which contain pesticides, fumigants, and GMO. All three are toxic to the body especially the nervous system. Your product is a food concentrate. Hence, you are increasing the quantity per unit volume of these toxic substances. The following appears on your website: " Some sensitive people might experience unpleasant reactios to a diet heavy in raw food, such as JUVO. These are desirable reactions that prove your health conditions are improving. " That is may be true with foods that are certified organic, but not necessarily true with foods that contain pesticides. Therefore, these are not desirable reactions and they do not prove one's health conditions are improving. The following symptoms also appeared on your website. 1. Bloated Stomach and Flatulence 2. Diarrhea 3. Constipation 4. Rashes or Itching 5. Fatigue, Arthritis, and Weakness 6. Headaches 7. Edema 8. Fever 9. Minor Spasms 10. Worsening Ailments In most cases, these symptoms are caused by something one eats, drinks, or inhale. A symptom which appears shortly after something new is introduced into the body via mouth or nose is almost always a signal by the body that that new substance is unacceptable. To override that signal is like overriding the idiot light on the dashboard that says oil pressure is low and your battery is not accepting a charge. Fred SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month! Guest guest
Is it appropriate to be advertising supplements here? Bridgitte
Guest guest
Hi Bridgitte, Occasionally I consider banning ALL advertisement in this group but currently I allow minimal advertising when I believe it might be of interest to the members of our raw food community. I visited the site before approval and found that in addition to selling " raw food " supplements the site contained some interesting information worth reading. Personally, I'm not a proponent of any supplements. However, I suspect that some of our members do supplement and perhaps this product would be a better choice for them. Any advertisement you do see for a product or service in this group is not meant to be an endorsement. It's just that it may be of interest to some and pertinent to the topic we enjoy. -Orionsdad rawfood , " Bridgitte " <syndactylcat> wrote: > Is it appropriate to be advertising supplements here? > > Bridgitte
Guest guest
Fred thanks for replying to our posting on the , and thanks for visiting our site. As per your comments " Unfortunately, that is the only plus I see in your product. I did not see the term certified organic. That means that your company purchases products which contain pesticides, fumigants, and GMO. All three are toxic to the body especially the nervous system. Your product is a food concentrate. Hence, you are increasing the quantity per unit volume of these toxic substances. " We are an international company, all of our ingredients are grown in a an un-contaminated soil and we make sure that the fertilizers we use are organic, environmentally safe and we do not use any pesticides, fumigants or GMO. We wouldn't call our product Natural if we used these agents. We are in the process of introducing new product lines and improving the customer experience on our site, and we do appreciate any kind of feedback We are also working towards to get a certification from an International Body. " The following appears on your website: Some sensitive people might experience unpleasant reactios to a diet heavy in raw food, such as JUVO. These are desirable reactions that prove your health conditions are improving. " We assure you those are temporary reactions depending upon your health conditions . Once we put up our testimonials page, we can add more credibility to the product. You seem to be very knowledgeable in this area, and as we had mentioned before, we do appreciate any feedback from our potential customers. Perhaps if we could interest you in a free sample of JUVO, you can see the difference yourself. Just send in your mailing address at diet and we will be more than happy to mail a sample to you. Thanks again for your comments Regards, Farees.
