HOWEVER, there are some things that people disagree on, like nutritional yeast (the vegetarian version of which is grown on molasses). I use it and see it in recipes in raw cookbooks, but there are people out there who won't. Same thing with nama shoyu, bragg's aminos and miso. There are a few others, but I don't remember them off the top of my head. I'd say molasses, no. Nutritional yeast, if you're comfortable with it and you're not obsessive about being absolutely, positively 100% raw, go ahead.
