Guest guest
Hello all I'm new to the list and learning so much, but know there is so much more to learn..... on and on...... I have been gluten free for the past 4 years, and found that as a result of denying my flesh, I over-dosed with carbs ~ practically anything that didn't have gluten ~ including the keyboard....LOL... My family is used to a part-gluten free diet and we now cook from scratch, low carb. I, personally, avoid specific carbs completely, due to Syndrome X (hyperinsulinemia). Do any of you have any advice / tips how I can begin the whole family on raw foods? My husband does hard, manual labour. I have a son with a bottom-less pit of a stomach (13 years) and two daughters (20 and 14 years). I supplement all of them with Omega 3, Omega 6, magnesium, vitamin C. To my own supplementation, I add chromium picolinate and alpha-lipoic acid. I have recently bought probiotics and enzymes (pancreatin). Your help is greatly appreciated.
