Can anyone tell me if there is a particular food dehydrator that would be better

to start out with? I looked on eBay and found several that have an adjustable

thermostat, and that is what I want. Other than that, does it really matter the

brand?

 

Also, I will ask again: can anyone please tell me how I tell a young coconut

from an old coconut? Are young coconuts sold in the grocery store or do I have

to get one at a health food store?
