Guest guest
For some reason, we are OK with corn meal, but not corn flour; sprouted grain bread (like Ezekiel bread) but not milled flour bread - and we are NOT OK with uncooked sprouted grain. Rose, How do you do the muscle testing for the above mentioned items? My daughter gets headaches constantly. If I try the muscle testing with the foods, do I just have her hold the food or do I have to say anything? Sure would like to give this a try. Guest guest
Hi Val, Muscle testing is about the body's nervous system communicating to us. I have used muscle testing over 43,000 times with more than 1000 clients with an extremely high degree of accuracy. My preference is to use the arm for testing. I ask a person to hold their arm out, parallel to the ground, at shoulder level. I gently cup the person’s arm with my hand about 1 inch away from the wrist and for a ½ a second of pressure (not excessive force) I try to pull the arm down. What I feel for is resistance like the arm is being supported from underneath by a bolder. If the right arm does not work, I will use the left arm. To see if a person is testable, take the print side of your middle finger (any finger will do) and bring it close to the point between the person’s eyebrows. Then with your opposite hand press down on the person’s arm (half a second). Repeat the same action, this time using the nail side of your middle finger. The person’s arm must feel weaker one way or the other. If it does not, that means you or the person you are testing is not electrically stable enough to be tested. Do not go any further. Assuming the person’s arm becomes weaker one way or the other (print side or nail side) the rest is easy. Remember this at all times. Only the body of the person in front of you knows what is best for it. The intellect can only guess and is usually wrong. That is why some people feel better and many do not. To determine if a specific food is safe for the person in front of you, place the food in the palm of one hand and pull down (½ a second of pressure) on the opposite arm. If that arm becomes slightly or significantly weaker, the body recognizes that food item as unsafe. Never let the intellect override what the body says. That will lead to frustration and disaster. Never assume if something is certified organic it is OK. Rose has reacted to certified organic items and we discovered that it was contaminated with a chemical spray. Most headaches are caused by a reaction to a chemical in the person's environment. The chemical can be found in the food, drink, or air. Fred SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month!
