Hi

I am a fairly new reader on this group and want to say that I

will be sticking around;

 

for one because the information seems balanced and except for

Dave, untainted by zealotry (?is that a word?) --which seems to

get pretty amped up at some other sites I've seen!

 

and for two, BECAUSE everybody who responds to this Dave here,

is essentially and so very respectful.

 

And Dave, if you are reading, I will say to you that, while I

too assume you to be a credible person, this particular group

does not seem to be a place to be telling others what to do, or

to be bragging about tricking people. The topic could be

anything; I just don't see those particular dynamics happening

here. This is what I found most discordant about your recent

posts. (The subject line of this note refers to a slip that

occurred when I was reading someone's note to you and for a

moment thought " bolster " was " holster " -- seemed fitting

enough!)

 

Anyway, Hi to all you! I'm Gracie; been eating vegetables for

years. Well, decades.

 

The cats eat whole food too; raw to as much degree as I can

stand it. selfish huh?

 

I discovered how well I do on raw by accident when at a retreat

center in 1982, what I found most interesting on the buffet was

the big bowl of mixed sprouts and so ate those for a week. WO!

HUH!

 

I had never heard of Raw and it was another bunch of years

before I found anybody who had. and I'm still learning and

balancing and going through and with the changes in life; which

is to say, no I'm not eating 100% raw!

 

however the strength and support of being among the Like-Minded,

of keeping the ideas in mind daily, is fantastic. so yay

internet, and yay y'all.
