Guest guest
Hello to the list: yesterday I had a live-blood test....I've been all raw, diet of F & V, nuts and seeds since Jan 2003. I am very sad to report my blood test was BAD....the cells were clumped together and stacked like coins. I need to change 3 things 1. MUCH MORE WATER (I thought fruit was enough) 2. MORE GREENS (if I cannot juice, use whole food green powder) 3. GET A HANDLE ON EMOTIONS (negative thoughts are acid) I thought I was such a healthy person. This tells me even though you THINK you know, you may not. I am really depressed (gotta kick yet another negative emotion) but I do not plan on defeat. Guest guest
Jenny, I have just had a blood test and I agree with either Doug or Roger that the results and counsel that comes out should be treated to some caution. However I applaud your taking the test as a balanced raw diet is a delicate piece of fine tuning. Of your three things - you are told you need much more water. Medics love banging on about water but they are addressing people who eat dehydrated and fairly indigestible food. Of course they need a gallon of water a day to rehydrate and wash all the muck out. If you go into the wild you will seldom see a primate at a water hole. In fact some just come down to the ground to gather clay which they wash down with water to balance the toxins that come out of the rich leaves of their tropical climate. On more greens, I, like many I suspect, eat fruit in the morning and green leaves at the other two meals. I add some vegetable fats to one of those meals. I guess your proportion of fruit was higher. Certainly fruit late at night gives very strong dreams. You have a simple measure of degree to regulate. " Get a handle on emotions " : If you increase the dark green leaves the emotions will fall into shape. The acid content of you blood will go down and you will be able to dismiss the thought police. If that is all you have, I'd say your blood test was constructive and you should move ahead strongly from now. Bear in mind that if I truly knew all the answers, I would not need a blood test myself! However in a few months, I will be back for another test, to check again.
