Guest guest
What makes living foods a healthful nourishing diet is that it is low in protein. Protein causes a lot of problems including cancer, and osteoporosis raw or not. Please read this article http://www.sunfood.net/jeaa/nuts_and_seeds.html . But if you are transitioning to raw and having a hard time and need something crunchy then have fun with raw recipes. When I was a newbee I made tons of recipes, they are fun, creative, and they can help keep you raw. It takes a lot of courage to go raw, and courage comes from joy. So have fun with it.
