" In our opinion (mine and hubby Fred), grains are not good, with the exception of some of the ancient grains that are still not hybridized. Fred uses muscle testing and neither one of us tests well for hybridized grains, regardless of whether they are organically grown or not. For some reason, we are OK with corn meal, but not corn flour; sprouted grain bread (like Ezekiel bread) but not milled flour bread - and we are NOT OK with uncooked sprouted grain. As far as the difference between raw and processed - I can only imagine it is simply the difference between the grain unmanipulated after taken from the plant and any manipulation thereafter, such as milling which would extract the germ or add back the germ or some other " process " . I hope that helps. Rose
