What do you folks eat in the way of dinnertime meals? Breakfast and lunch

are no problem, but dinner is our only cooked meal - albeit lightly cooked -

and I'd like to start phasing that out and replacing it with a raw/live

meal.

Any suggestions?

Hi Rose

Doesnt sound too novel but I tend to eat more of the same. Some folks eat their

veggies at night in the form of big salads, instead of munching on more fruits.

If you want something to " sit down " and eat, then prepare the fruits and veggies

that you eat normally by hand by cutting into bite size portions, arranging them

decoratively on a plate or in a bowl, adding a glass of water with lemon, and it

will help seem more like a traditional " meal " if you will.

If tradition isn't necessary, take the meal outdoors. We sometimes grab a big

watermelon and take it to the beach. We'll bust it open on the rocks and eat it

with our hands, sharing the leftovers with the seagulls. Of course this works

for me since I'm talking about eating with two boys age 16 and 10. You guys may

not find it as fun and entertaining as we did. ;-) But you never know!

I'm sure others will have more suggestions.

Take care and good luck.

Allan
