ORIENTATION for new SFVS Members (starts at 5:30 p.m.)

 

" TOOLS FOR DETOXIFYING THE BODY "

by Michael Harleman

 

Saturday, June 14, 2003, 6:00 p.m. at IOA, 3600 Geary Blvd. (See May

potluck for transit details.)

 

$1 Suggested donation for members and students with food; $3 donation

for nonmembers with food; an additional $7 donation for everyone

without

food.

 

Socializing begins at 6:00 p.m.; dining at 6:30 p.m.; and lecture at

7:30 p.m. (There will also be an orientation for new members or new

vegetarians at 5:30 p.m.)

 

After the potluck, Michael Harleman will discuss the different causes

of body imbalance and the varied diagnostic and healing tools to

bring back balance and optimum health. Michael is the founder of Live

Food Nutrition where he gives weekly dinner/lectures and also gives

private counseling. His diverse background in the healing arts

include yoga with Rodney Yee in Oakland; Gi Gong at Mantak Chia's

Center in Thailand; Nutrition and Spiritual Awakening with Dr.

Gabriel Cousens (MD) in Arizona; Tachyon Energy with David Wagner in

Santa Rosa; Thai Medical Massage with Supron Mukomla in Mill Valley;

and live food preparation with Chad Sarno; menu consultant for
