Just more evidence that " man " -ufactured items can never replace nor improve upon those Nature provides. I have dozens of diet books on my shelves and many of them recommend using Canola oil as only second to olive oil. Too many authors/nutritionists/experts do not do their homework and take the research of the manufacturers.
