Great article. Thanks for posting.

 

Just more evidence that " man " -ufactured items can never replace nor improve upon

those Nature provides.

 

I have dozens of diet books on my shelves and many of them recommend using

Canola oil as only second to olive oil. I wonder how many of the authors are

aware of the toxicity of the rape plant in its natural state?

Allan, All:

I wonder if it's just ignorance (the massive media push for canola oil) or

another case of vested interests calling the shots. Too many

authors/nutritionists/experts do not do their homework and take the research

of the manufacturers.
