Toothpaste, I'm sorry to say, is a complete scam by commercial interests.

(So is flouride.) Use bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) or plain old salt

water. Don't throw away your money and dental health by buying commercial

toothpaste. Toothpaste and flouride will wreck your teeth and gums and make

a hefty yacht payment for your dentist and periodontist......not to mention

destroying your health when the dentist drills and fills your teeth with

mercury and other highly toxic metals. Also, chlorophyll is an excellent

measure toward the health of teeth and gums. You can buy it by the bottle

at a health food store to mix with pure water and sip throughout the day or

don't forget to eat plenty of raw dark green food. Chlorophyll is the

ticket to a healthy mouth. Dentists will wreck your teeth and gums and

health! (So will processed food.) So, you don't need to mix up

anything.....the answer is so simple......baking soda....it's not abrasive

as you might think....will put your dentist in the poorhouse. American

Indians used to chew on twigs to clean their teeth.....chew them to shreds,

literally.....and not a grain of sugar in their diets....and look, Mr.

Custer.....no cavities..........Betsy
