Guest guest
Anyone here that has been on the raw food diet over the winter months, can you tell me if you've frozen much fresh produce over the summer to use for the winter and how it turns out? I've looked over some sites that give info on what and how you can freeze almost any fruit. Or in your experience is there plenty to choose from without freezing over the summer? Just a comment or two on what I read in the last few posts..to get my feet wet here. I drink distilled water only, for at least a year now. The reason I picked it was because after much research about water types, there are no standards that hold the other waters to their claims of purity. Distilled water goes thru a purification process that removes all harmful substances. While being on the raw food diet for 3 weeks now, I'm finding that I don't need my daily protein shake, or many of the vitamins and supplements I'm used to taking. I don't have the light-headedness that I'd get once in a while that frankly scared the heck out of me, (probably hypoglycemia.) I eat mostly fruits, some veggies, nuts, and a few seeds. I'm losing weight, and I feel very good. Prism
Guest guest
Freezing kills a lot of enzymes, and you need the enzymes to catalyze the nutrients in the fruits or vegetables so they will be biologically available to your body.
