Guest guest
Marlene, My view is that the deeper one is into raw food the more of a penalty there is for digression. Consider - we have all heard of un-westernised people being devastated by western cooking. I find now that if I so much as taste a sauce to see if it if flavoured properly, I will get a sneeze within an hour or two. In simple terms the raw food path is straight and narrow and deviation will cause an upset. My trick in your context is simply to drink water until fresh raw food turns up. Missing the odd meal sharpens me up and refreshes the appetite. That's my input Peter backpackinggirl20012001 [no_reply ] 27 May 2003 18:57 rawfood [Raw Food] My experience yesterday Yesterday, I went to the big city of Minneapolis and took some green beans, carrots and wolfberry. On the way back home, I got very, very hungry and had eaten all of my food. I stopped at a restaurant and ordered a meat and potato. I am not 100% raw, have meat a couple times a week and haven't had potato in at least 5 months. I got sick after eating that food and wasn't sure if I was going to make it home. I had about 1/2 hr. driving left yet to get home. I felt as though I was going to faint. Eating meat seems to do that to me lately. Any input? Guest guest
Thanks. The suggestion of drinking water until I can get to raw food is a good idea. Wish I had thought of it. rawfood , " Peter Gardiner " <petergardiner@e...> wrote: > Marlene, > > My view is that the deeper one is into raw food the more of a penalty > there is for digression.
